Building Information Modelling
Our BIM services are tried and tested on many Prestigious Projects throughout Ireland, from Detailed design stage (LOD 3) to project handover (LOD 6). We team our offsite BIM expertise with our onsite team to improve Collaboration to provide accurate and smooth handover of projects.
We have experience in various (CDE) Common Data Environments and have deployed Autodesk Forma for our own inhouse model sharing which can be paired with other design team members/contractors to collaborate in real time We are experienced in a wide range of sectors Industrial Units, Office Blocks, Hospitals, Residential Apartments, Sports & Leisure - no job is too small. Our Services
We can take projects from Tender/Costing stage (LOD 3 Models) through Coordination to As Built completion and Asset Reg (COBie files). Our BIM Team fully participate in Site Meetings, Site Surveys, Document Control, As Built and Asset Register handover.
At Construction Stage
- 3D Construction BIM modelling (from LOD 3 to LOD 6 as required in Clients EIR).
- 3D As Built BIM modelling (LOD 5).
- M&E Installation/Coordinated drawings (GA plans, sections, schedules).
- 3D Mechanical/Electrical/ Piping Coordination with Clash detection.
- BIM coordination meetings (on site /remotely)
- As Built Drawings from Redline drawings
- Review of Design intent documentation (Value engineering Proposals)
- Document control Management (Revisions, Submittals, RFIs)
- Converting all format of data (2D drawings, Drawn Sketches) to 3D models.
- 5D BIM (Quantities take off & Cost)
Pre Construction
- BIM contract documentation (BEP, TIDP)
- Clash detection Services + BIM Workshops
- 2D drawings/schedules from 3D Models (GA plans, Sections, Schematics, specifications, 3D views)
