Project Details

Castlebrowne as a main contractor built a warehouse which includes two office blocks at the site located at Kingswood Avenue in 4065 Kingswood Road. The development consists of a warehouse and two office blocks namely welfare and amenity block. The amenity block consists of ground, first and second Floors, welfare block has ground floor. An external plant area set up in the warehouse as well. The scope of works carried out by Riverside Mechanical during this project included the following areas:

• Ground Soils and Waste Services
• Water Services
• Ventilation Services
• Air Conditioning Services
• Fire Protection Services (Fire Extinguishers and Fire Dampers)
• Rainwater Harvesting Services
• Gas Services
