UCD Student Residences Belfield

UCD Student Residences consists of three no. 10 story autonomous blocks, including the Fulcrum Building and two student area blocks. Blocks consist of 290 seat auditorium, restaurant, retails units, gymnasium, health and wellbeing centre, meeting rooms, and office accommodation. Part of the development is also a five-story residential block. Multi plant rooms situated at roof levels service the blocks. Main plant located on roofs and services fed via riser service shafts. Riverside implemented successful BIM Level 2 c/w Asset register , one of the first in the country. UCD Student Residences consists of 3 phases The entire scheme will create a living campus community within University College Dublin.
